People often ask me how I manage to stay so calm.
The answer is not a simple one as it is a combination of many things.
Here are some of the most important ones:
Regular Yoga practice
For me this must be a class as I am not always focused enough to do this at home all the time 😉
Meditation and Yoga Nidra
One of my favourite Meditations is Chidakash Dharana. I find it very powerful! If you’d like to try it at home I would suggest visiting the shop of the Satyananda Yoga organisation and checking this one out:
Yoga Nidra and Chidakasha Dharana – Swami Niranjan
Better yet, book yourself into a Satyananda Retreat stay. It will change your life… for the better.
As it says on the website:
Retreats
The Residential Retreats offer time out from the demands of urban living – time to reconnect with the essentials of life. Yoga is a journey of self discovery and the centres provide the opportunity to experience a yogic lifestyle firsthand.
Retreats bring the opportunity to either begin to find out what it means to integrate yogic principles into one’s life or to deepen and nourish a lifestyle already being lived. Spending time in a yogic retreat centre can have a deep impact, opening up the potential and possibilities inherent within yogic practices and lifestyle.
If money is an issue, you can even participate in Seva and stay for free.
